Cleaning or replacing the filters in a vent hood

CLEANING REMOVABLE GREASE FILTER:

IMPORTANT: Before cleaning, make sure all controls are off and the vent hood is cool. Always follow label instructions on cleaning products.

CLEANING METHOD:

• Turn off the vent hood before removing the filter.
• Refer to the Use and Care Guide for specific instructions.
• Clean the filter in the sink with affresh® Kitchen and Appliance Cleaner, warm water and detergent, or in the dishwasher.
• Replace the filter.

NON-VENTED (RECIRCULATING) FILTER:

The charcoal filter is not washable. It should last up to 6 months with normal use. Replace with Charcoal Filter specified in the Use and Care Guide.
