The EB 333 oven was Gaggenau's first built-in oven. To this day, it is one of the best known and most recognizable models of the brand among professional chefs.

The classic design, the specially treated stainless steel and the large width (90 cm) make this oven unbeatable.

This model appreciates its large useful volume: you can cook a young piglet and a small lamb, several chickens and a large pizza with a baking stone. The appliance is great for cooking roasts or gratinis.

The temperature inside the oven is controlled by a special sensor, and the temperature of the dish is controlled by a temperature probe. In addition, you can set the heating degree from 50 °C to 300 °C in steps of 5 °C.

Many functions work automatically. For example, the oven is cleaned pyrolytically: you only need to press a button and wipe the walls with a damp sponge at the end of the process.

Also, the delayed cooking mode is automatically activated. You can set the time 24 hours in advance.

And if for some reason the oven runs for 12 hours without changing the settings, it will automatically shut off, thanks to the "Vacation Protection" mode. And the "Childproof" function locks the appliance and prevents accidental activation.
